Straight Ahead Beauty Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Straight Ahead Beauty tools include a limited lifetime warranty when purchased through authorized distributors or retailers. Inside each product box, you will find a leaflet with a QR code that will take you directly to the complete warranty instructions. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

To ensure the quality and experience of our products, the limited lifetime warranty does not apply to items purchased from unauthorized sellers or on third-party platforms.


How to get a Straight Ahead Beauty replacement tool


 

Your replacement will be free if the claim is made within the first 30 days after purchase. After that, replacements will be subject to a small shipping and handling fee. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico, there will be an additional handling fee of $19.99 USD. For customers in Mexico, the additional handling fee is $29.99 USD.

International customers from other countries MUST contact customer service (cs@straightaheadbeauty.com) before submitting any claim.

Please send a 10-second video of the tool with the cut cord to 305-915-7048. Once the complete claim is received, including the video and payment of the shipping and handling fee, you will receive an email confirmation. The claim will be processed by the Customer Service Department within one week, and a new tool in the available color will be shipped. If you prefer to return the tool instead of submitting the video, please contact Customer Service directly for instructions.
