At Straight Ahead Beauty, we stand behind the quality and performance of our professional hair tools.

Products purchased directly from Straight Ahead Beauty or an authorized retailer may be eligible for our Limited Lifetime Warranty, provided the product has been properly registered within 14 days of purchase.

Definition of "Lifetime"

For purposes of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, "lifetime" refers to the market lifetime of the product.

Coverage remains valid for as long as the product is actively manufactured and supported by Straight Ahead Beauty.

This warranty does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser or the expected lifespan of the product.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty coverage:

  • The product must be purchased directly from Straight Ahead Beauty or an authorized retailer.
  • The product must be registered within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase must be retained and provided when submitting a warranty claim.

Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or other resale platforms, are not eligible for warranty coverage.

What Is Covered

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty materials
  • Defective craftsmanship
  • Premature mechanical or electrical failure not caused by misuse
  • Functional defects that prevent the product from operating as intended

Coverage applies only to products used and maintained according to Straight Ahead Beauty's care and operating instructions.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidental damage, or improper handling
  • Damage caused by use contrary to the product instructions or intended purpose
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Damage caused by external factors beyond our control, including power surges, natural disasters, or other environmental conditions
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
  • Warranty claims submitted without valid proof of purchase

Straight Ahead Beauty reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all warranty claims to determine eligibility under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Submit Your Claim

Complete the Warranty Claim Form available on our website or contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

Step 2: Provide Required Documentation

To process your claim, you must submit:

  • Original order number or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the reported defect
  • A photo of the complete product
  • Any additional information requested by our Warranty Department

For approved replacement claims, customers may also be required to submit a photo of the product with the power cord cut before a replacement is issued.

Step 3: Claim Review

Our Warranty Department will review all submitted materials and determine eligibility.

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for claim review.

Incomplete submissions may result in processing delays.

Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, Straight Ahead Beauty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with the same model
  • Replace the product with a comparable model of equal or greater value if the original product has been discontinued or is no longer available

Requested substitutions or upgrades cannot be guaranteed.

If the original color, finish, or design is unavailable, a replacement in a comparable color or style may be provided.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Claims Within 30 Days of Purchase

If a warranty defect is reported within 30 days of the original purchase date and the claim is approved, Straight Ahead Beauty will provide a replacement product at no additional shipping and handling charge for customers located within the contiguous United States.

Claims After 30 Days of Purchase

Approved warranty claims submitted more than 30 days after purchase are subject to a shipping and handling fee.

Applicable fees vary by product model and destination and will be disclosed during the claim process.

Additional handling fees may apply for shipments to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • Other international destinations

International customers should contact Customer Support before submitting a warranty claim to receive country-specific instructions and fee information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Straight Ahead Beauty's liability under this Limited Lifetime Warranty is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of the product.

Straight Ahead Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Warranty Policy Changes

Straight Ahead Beauty reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this warranty program at any time without prior notice.

Any warranty claim will be evaluated based on the warranty terms in effect at the time of the original product purchase.
