Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Straight Ahead Beauty, we stand behind the quality and performance of our professional hair tools.

Products purchased from Straight Ahead Beauty or from any other seller may be eligible for our Limited Lifetime Warranty, provided the product is registered within 14 days of purchase.

What “lifetime” means

For this Limited Lifetime Warranty, “lifetime” means the market lifetime of the product.

Coverage stays in effect for as long as Straight Ahead Beauty actively manufactures and supports that product.

This warranty does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, and it does not promise how long any individual tool will last in use.

Who is eligible

To qualify:

• Register the product within 14 days of the original purchase date at our registration page.
• Keep proof of purchase and provide it with any claim.

Salon, distributor, and retailer purchases may be covered for warranty (defects) if registered on time. Refunds and returns for those purchases still go through the original seller. See our Return & Refund Policy.

What is covered

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use, including:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty materials
• Defective craftsmanship
• Premature mechanical or electrical failure not caused by misuse
• Functional defects that stop the product from working as intended

Coverage applies only when the product is used and cared for according to Straight Ahead Beauty’s instructions.

What is not covered

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
• Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling
• Use contrary to the product instructions or intended purpose
• Products altered, modified, or repaired by anyone we did not authorize
• Damage from power surges, natural disasters, or other external conditions
• Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase

We may inspect and evaluate every claim to decide eligibility.

How to make a claim

Step 1. Submit the claim.

Use the Warranty Claim Form or email cs@straightaheadbeauty.com.

Step 2. Send what we need.

• Original order number or proof of purchase
• Clear photos and/or video of the defect
• A photo of the complete product
• Anything else our Warranty team requests

For some approved replacements, we may ask for a photo or short video of the power cord cut after we approve the claim and explain the next step. If you would rather return the tool instead of cutting the cord, email Customer Support and we will give you return instructions.

Step 3. Claim review.

Please allow about 3–5 business days for review. Incomplete files take longer.

If your claim is approved

We may, at our discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace it with the same model
• Replace it with a comparable model of equal or greater value if the original has been discontinued

Requested upgrades cannot be guaranteed. If the original color or finish is unavailable, we may send a comparable color or style.

Shipping and handling on warranty replacements

Claims within 30 days of delivery

If a covered defect is reported within 30 days of delivery and the claim is approved, we provide a replacement with no additional shipping and handling charge.

Claims after 30 days of delivery

Approved claims more than 30 days after delivery are subject to a shipping and handling fee. Fees vary by model and destination and will be confirmed during the claim.

Additional handling may apply for shipments to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Canada
• Mexico
• Other international destinations

Current handling amounts (subject to change and confirmed at claim time) are $19.99 USD for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico, and $29.99 USD for Mexico.

International customers must contact Customer Support before sending a product back, so we can issue a return number and quote shipping and handling.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Straight Ahead Beauty’s responsibility under this Limited Lifetime Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages from the use of, or inability to use, the product.

Some states do not allow certain limitations. If those laws apply to you, some of the limits above may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

Policy changes

We may update or end this warranty program. A claim is evaluated under the warranty terms in effect on your original purchase date.
