At Straight Ahead Beauty, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility & Return Window

Products purchased directly through www.straightaheadbeauty.com may be eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be accompanied by proof of purchase and meet the condition requirements outlined below.

Purchases made through authorized retailers, salons, distributors, marketplaces, or any third-party seller are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges through Straight Ahead Beauty.

Customers must contact the original retailer regarding their return policies.

Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase
  • Returned with all original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging
  • Free from excessive damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling

The condition of the returned item will determine any applicable restocking fees.

Unused & Unopened Items

Unused and unopened products may be returned within the return window and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Opened or Used Items

Opened or used products that are approved for return are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Straight Ahead Beauty reserves the right to refuse any return that shows signs of excessive wear, damage, misuse, missing components, or conditions that make the product unsuitable for resale.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Products marked "Final Sale"
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Products returned without proof of purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, modification, or unauthorized repair

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1

Contact our Customer Support team at cs@straightaheadbeauty.com within 14 days of delivery.

Step 2

Provide the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product if requested by our team

Step 3

If your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:

  • An incorrect item shipped by Straight Ahead Beauty
  • A product damaged during transit
  • A verified manufacturing defect

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Straight Ahead Beauty is not responsible for lost return shipments.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, our team will review the return and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return has been inspected.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your original payment method.

Any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, or other approved deductions will be subtracted from the final refund amount.

Exchange Policy

Straight Ahead Beauty currently offers exchanges for eligible products within the 14-day return period.

If you would like a different model, color, or product, we may require the original item to be returned before the replacement order is processed.

Straight Ahead Beauty reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests based on product availability and condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.

To expedite your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
  • A description of the issue

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect our ability to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Upon verification, Straight Ahead Beauty may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item
  • Exchange the item
  • Issue a refund
  • Provide store credit

Purchases from Third-Party Retailers

Purchases made through independent retailers, distributors, salons, marketplaces, or any seller other than www.straightaheadbeauty.com are subject to that retailer's individual return and exchange policies.

Straight Ahead Beauty cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or credits for products purchased through third-party sellers.
